Who is behind this?


EGG is a new division of Fine Lines.

You may already know us (hi!) - we've been representing premier lines in gift, home, books, stationery, personal care and fashion for over 30 years.

How can I see the wholesale prices and place orders?

 

You'll need to create an account and assign your own unique password to be able to see wholesale pricing and place orders on EGG.

To create an account, please click on SIGN UP TO SHOP in the main menu at the top of your screen.
Then fill out the short form.  

We'll email you as soon as your account is activated and ready for you to start shopping. During weekdays,this generally only takes a few minutes.

Please note: EGG is a wholesale business to business site and only retailers, approved designers, and the retail trade will be approved to shop.

Do I have a rep for EGG?


Your EGG sales team is in-house and based out of Fine Lines' LA showroom and we're here full time to answer questions and help you in any way by live chat, phone or email. You can even say hi to us when you're in the showroom shopping Fine Lines :)  
EGG's showroom is virtual, but we're always here to help you personally.  

Minimum Orders


Each line on EGG has its own Minimum Opening Order and Minimum Reorder amount which are listed at the top of the line's main page. To prevent delays in processing your order, please make note of the minimum order requirements when you place an order.  
If for some reason you need to order less than the minimum order- a sample review, for example- let us know and we'll arrange that for you.

How do I pay for my order?


At checkout you'll have 2 options:

  -Contact me for payment info.
  -Use my CC on file

If you are an existing EGG account and have already assigned a credit credit you'd like us to use for your EGG orders, then select: Use my CC on file.

All others should select: Contact me for payment info. We'll be in touch for your payment details and to finalize your order.

In either case, you'll always receive an order confirmation via email which will include the next steps.

As with Fine Lines orders, your EGG order and payment info. will be securely, electronically transmitted to the vendor/line who will pack and ship your order and process your payment when they ship.

Where can I enter a PO# or later ship date or other instructions for my order?


On the Cart page you'll see a box where you can type in any instructions like a ship date, cancel date, PO# or anything else you'd like us to know!

I forgot my password


No worries! Just go to SIGN IN and click RESET PASSWORD. You'll get an email immediately with a link to generate a new password so you can sign right back in.

How can I see my order history and previous orders?


After signing in, you'll be able to view your Account page, and order history by clicking on MY ACCOUNT on the upper right of your screen.

To view an order, simply click on the order number to see all the details and items.

Are any samples available? 


We get it. Sometimes you just need to see (or smell it) in person before you can commit.
We keep a selection of samples for each line - which we call an EGG kit. EGG kits are available to buyers for review upon request and are sent to you via priority mail with a prepaid return label.
